My waterbed leaked causing the wood and carpet underneath to mold.I have a son with asthma and this may be bothering him. I am trying to find a way to get the mold out of the carpet and possibly the padding underneath. Thanks.

Mold will only grow in a damp enviroment. Mildew is left after you get the moisture out. The only way to completely eliminate this is replacement.
