Our house has rough walls throughout. Can I wallpaper over them? Do I have to use a special kind of wallpaper.

huldaclean, You can paper over the textured walls but if prepasted paper is used it will draw into the texture and show. To kill the texture you would have to line the walls or scrape and float them out..Mike
