Do I need to size the areas that I will be hanging a pre-pasted border on freshly painted walls? I used a satin enamel paint on the walls. Also will I need to use an additional type of adhesive on the border and if so what type? Thanks for help.

No need for size......Just use a PVA based border adhesive.

Thanks for the reply. I've seen many border adhesives but not sure what PVA based is? Haven't seen this on any container.

Any adhesive that is suitable for applying border over vinyl wallcovering will be fine.
Wallpaper paste only works (or sticks) to a matt surface such as paper or matt emulsion.
