I'm in a condo...We have plenty of hot water on the lower level (dishwasher/clothes washer, kitchen and bathroom sinks). However, when we take a bath or shower (upstairs) we get COLD water after about a minute or two...BRRRRR. The tub will fill (lukewarm) only about 1/4 and then its ICY!! I tried to raise the temp on the heater (lower panel) and that did help a TINY bit...I cannot locate an upper panel to adjust. Any Help is appreciated!!!
