I have changed my "lower" tstat which is near the bottom of the tank, but where would the "upper" tstat be? I read through the Owner's Manual and they only showed the position of one tstat. Please call install company and explain situation.Have them check gas manifold pressure to HWH heater. This should have been done at time of install. If working properly with the size heater you have you should be able to take a long shower with no problem>>>>>>unless some other devise is using hot water at the same time.PDF
