OK, so my Swiss army knife got wet too many times doing wetlands research. It got completely stuck, none of the tools would come out. I sprayed the heck out of it with WD-40 and that has helped - all the blades now come out but it is still incredibly tight. Is there anything else I can do to get it loosened up again? (The knife lives in my pocket while in the field, often under water. If I get it loosened again, I'll be sure to use better preventative maintenance!)

Try some spray on graphite lubricant (the kind used for locks). Spray entire knife where blades/tools connect to knife frame, and work each blade to force lubricant into joint.

Try soaking it in Safe-T-Clean or a solvent to wash all the dirt and junk away. Then lube it with a good lube like graphite as mentioned here.
I had an old Wilton vise that I picked up at an estate sale for free. Was rusted shut SOLID from staying outside and being discarded. I soaked it for a few days in Safe-T-Clean, took it apart, used some emory on the shaft, cleaned it some more and put it back with white lube.
Works like a champ now!

Thanks, I will pick up some graphite lubricant this weekend.
