I want to remove glue-down indoor/outdoor carpet from a wood floor. Do you just pull this up? Is there a suggested way of removing any glue? thanks.

Depending on the glue used during the original installation, it may not just pull up. You may get lucky. That is why installers charge just as much to take up old glue down, as they do to install it. Some charge more for taking up old glue down carpets and vinyl. It's a pain in the butt!! Especially if you trying not to scar the wood floor beneath. Becareful that you don't pull up the wood. I have seen that happen from the grip the glue has on the wood!!!

Try a rubber wheel designed for taking vinyl graphics and glue off automotive and boat finishes to get the glue residue up. They don't harm the finish under the glue. They can be found at the local auto parts store, and they attach to a drill.
