Hi, we established a new home about two yrs ago. It's a 26'by 58'mobile home. I have a lot 250'by 150'. what I'm looking for is 1. Shade ASAP 2. Windbreak 3. Privacy lot borders. All these are seperete need areas. I also have an area that has a drainage prolbem along one of the border areas that I want a privacy type tree(s). Help!

fast growing shade trees would be green ash, i planted one and had shade in 4 years, not very messy either, you can get hundreds of them cheap from local soil conservation district check yellow pages.
