i had once posed a question on this site regarding the removal of paint from basement concrete block walls. i thought there was a chance the paint was lead based. the person who responded gave me two or three web sites with information including labs for testing, etc.
unfortunately, i have misplaced the information and am hoping that person (or anyone else) can provide it for me once again.
thanks in advance for the help.

You did post along time ago. I went back and looked it up by your name. It took a few minutes but I found it.

Read up on it at these sites, and definately test the paint before removing or
sanding.

Your project can easily and safely be done using the PEEL AWAY I product. It will remove all of the paint in one application and since the system is always keeping the paint in a wet or damp state there will be no dust levels. there is no need for ventilation as well.
