I need to remove my gas stove to install a new kitchen floor. How do I do this? How do I reinstall it?

Hi:Rosanne
The very first thing you'll need to do is turn off the gas at the shut off valve on the supply pipe extending out from the wall behind the appliance. Next thing is to unplug any electric cord going to the stove.
Best method for doing these two first steps is to lift the front of the stove and slide an old throw rug or piece of carpet under the front support legs/pads. Then grab hold of the stove, lift and pull the rear towards you forwards.
Once you have it supported and raised forwards, slide it away from the wall and do the first two steps.
Once the new flooring is installed, either use an appliance dolly <rentable from any rental yard> to relocate the stove or use two rugs or pieces of carpet and reverse the whole process.
Regarding the removal of the gas flex, once the valve is truned OFF, unthread the connector nut from the valve carefully. Reinstall it as currently found. Besure to soap test this connection after the reconnection is completed.
