I live in an old house that has plaster walls. I am in the process of stripping about 8 layers of wallpaper from these walls. Is there a special primer or sizing that I need to put on the plaster to allow the vinyl wallpaper I'm hanging to adhere?

After you have prepped the walls size the walls with size(obviously) or thinned wallpaper paste....Thats it!!
