This fall my 60yr old house had a roof leak. I have an attached back porch and the water leaked between the two structures and onto the ceiling. I need to know how to repair this ceiling (on the back porch). The water caused the drywall to swell and split where it was originally taped and mudded. Do I need to completely re-do the entire ceiling or is there someway I can repair it. My son tried to nail the exhisting piece back up and it wouldn't hold the nail. Help! Di in TN
