I have knock-down texture in all the rooms in my house. I've put up border successfully in two of them. It gave me a bit of trouble but got it to stick with some perseverence. Now I'm trying to border a third room and, for the life of me, I can't get it to stick. Any pointers or ideas?

Try sanding the area you plan to put the border and apply vinyl-over vinyl adhesive to the the back of the border before you hang it.
