I am in the process of redecorating ,can anyone tell me how to avoid wallpaper lifting behind central heating radiators

If you can get paper behind the heating unit, you should first make sure the wall is sealed with a good primer. If the wallcovering is prepasted, you can add alittle insurance by putting some extra glue (such as vinyl-over vinyl) on the back of the paper which goes behind the wall unit or even on the area of the wall behind the unit where the paper is to contact that space. Most of all, give the wallcovering 24-48hrs. to dry before allowing the unit to operate.
