Contact an insulation wholesaler who handles foam insulation. They can put you in touch with their supplier, and eventually you'll be talking to the folks who sell or manufacture the machine needed to blow foam. Cheap?? If it's anything like cellulose, you'll need to include the costs of attending training seminars, the cost of the machine, and the cost of any 'specialty' contractor's license your state may require. Expect "cheap" to start at about $20,000 to $30,000!!
