Hello!
I had a bunch of tulip bulbs that never got planted in the ground in October (zone 8, NE NC) so I planted them in long planters and let them get started in my FROG (finished room over garage).
It has been awfully cold and I have not been able to plant them outdoors yet. Plus, we just got gutters a month ago and I was afraid to plant them before then, for they might have drowned in the rain.
Most of my bulbs have now sprouted and some are even 6-8 inches tall! Is it too late to replant them outside? We still have a little more winter on the way, tho we are having a warm spell right now. I'd like to plant them this weekend while it's nice out. Or, should I just let them bloom in my containers and try again for next fall and plant new bulbs outside??
Thank you in advance!
