Any suggestions on how to cut circular holes, say 10" dia, out of MDF or plywood using a router.
Thanks,
John

This is pretty easy. If you want a one-time use jig, just cut a piece of 1/8 or 1/4" stock, in a tadpole-like shape. The round 'head' will fit under (or replace) your router base, while the 'tail' is used as your pivot point. With a straight-bit in your router and this template firmly attached, you insert a small screw through the template into your stock and cut-away.
If you want an adjustible jig, either modify this model or purchase one from any woodworking, tool, or better home center store.
