In my bathroom I have swirl texture on the ceiling and it is starting to peel in the area above the tub. I would like to know a way to repair the swirls and do I need to prep the ceiling before I repair the swirls? Any help would be appreciated greatly....Thanks

mr.wilderness, I see this is your first post with DIY and since it has been several days I hope you check in one more time for replies. Go ahead and remove all loose that will come off and prime with an oil primer like KILZ Original. At this point not knowing exactly what texture you have I can't tell you how to reproduce it but at least you will be ready to go at it...Mike
