please give me tips on "how to prune apple trees and peach trees. and when you give me tips I wish to print them for for my reference binder. thanks

You should prune apple trees to have a good, strong "leader" up the center--something perpendicular to the ground.
Once they are the desired height, peach trees should be pruned to encourage horizontal branches--with no central "leader" so that the sun may reach all peaches to ripen them.
This isn't too much help as there are other things to consider with any pruning job, but this will get you started. There are great books at your local library on pruning basics, if you need them.
