What is the best substance to coat the rubber gasket that forms the seal for a truck cover lid to keep it from sticking every time you open it? Both the lid and the surface it closes on has this rubber lining the outside areas to form the seal. It seems to stick regardless of the weather. Thanks for any help!

Have you tried spraying the seals with silicon? Find it at an quto parts store.
