I live in a two story house with trusses between the floors.
There is no insulation between these two floors for some unknown reason. My question is how can I insulate this area? The upstairs is as big as the downstairs and the
trusses are visible from the back of the house over the porch. I don't think that blowing in the insultation will cover the entire area. Will I have to start pulling up the floor on my second floor? I need help!

Insulation between the 1st and 2nd floors isn't an issue, unless you are concerned about sound attenuation. But what do you mean when you say your "trusses are visible from the back of the house..."?? That shouldn't be, unless they are cantilevered out to support a second story deck. Even then they should be blocked off at the wall between the trusses. You need to explain this a little better for us.
