I've got a Kenmore Gas Oven that will not ignite. I thought it could be the ignitor, so I replaced it. Still does not glow or open gas valve. I read your other comments on this type oven and will start with the thermostat and wiring continuity checks next.

Hi:Bigbyrd
Glad to know you read the other replies in the archives.
Check the clock and all control panel switches too.
Don't forget to check the fuse. Also check the wires both into the fuse and out of it's holder clip. And of course, unplug the appliance first.
Good Luck,
Tom
