is there any way to remove the moisture from between the two window panes . this is a 52"x48" window in my cottage that is in the middle of nowhere [northern ontario] The place is only 9 yrs. old, So there must have been a bad seal on this window . It is very difficult to bring a new window into this area . Any help would be much appreciated .

Once an insulated window loses its seal and condensation forms between the panes, the only alternative is to replace it. It cannot be fixed in place. Sorry.
However, you MAY be in luck, if it's only 9 years old. Most name-brand windows have a 10-year or 20-year warranty. Look in the corner of the glass for the manufacturer (Andersen?), call the nearest dealer, and they should come out and replace it FREE.
Good Luck!
