I am trying to install hardwood flooring over concrete. I put 1/2 inch treated plywood down already. I know now I should have used 3/4. Is there a way to nail it down to the 1/2 inch plywood. I have invested a lot of time and money in it already.

What you have done so far is perfect. Just put a second layer of 1/2" plywood over the first. Stagger the seams. Then you'll be ready to nail down your floor. If you didn't put a vapor barrier under the first layer, put one between the two layers of plywood.
