What is the best product(s) to use to waterproof and seal our new untreated 1x6 pine t-n-g flooring used as the decking in a screened room? We haven't found any literature for exterior woodflooring treatment. We have heard partial suggestions about linseed oil as first coat then topping with a polyurethane like MinWax or maybe a combo product like Lowes' Severe Weather product which contains linseed oil in it or maybe using Tung Oil by itself or as an ingredient in some product. We've also read that linseed should be used as the top coat. Ugghh! Help! We live in a humid summer climate. Must get this sealed before it rains on it. THANK YOU
