I've seen varnished and then painted concret floors a few places (different shades), and don't know exactly what product is being used. The achieved look is always a distressed one, but I think you rub in a varnish and then a paint of some sort. Anyone heard of this? Please help, as I've already removed carpet and I'm eager to do something.
