I want to remodel my guest bathroom that has a fiberglass tub/shower and behind the shower is a closet. I would like to remove the fiberglass tub/shower and replace it with a tub. I would also like to remove the closet and put a shower that is tiled with marble with a glass door and glass side that is against the tub wall the the shower nozzle used to be. Any suggestions to getting started?

Start with a good shower pan FloorStone makes one. Where ever you buy the marble, they should have access to quality shower pans. Don't use a fiberglass one, or a cheap plastic one from home depot.
You will need help with the marble because its heavy and somebody to double check your measurements. Can't drill that hole for the faucet twice! I found that you really need to make sure the stud walls are square and plumb. Because of the cost and time waiting for your marble to come in, you need to measure twice on 2 different days, just to besure.
I would run the marble up close to the top of the ceiling too.
