We have home with finished attic. Ceilings are insulated with 8 in of rockwool and 3/4 in sheathing. Space between the rafters is packed full with rockwool from edge of wall to peak of roof and no ventilation. It has been this way for about 6 years with no problems or condesation. A new roof was put on this fall and now on some of the windows condensation forms on the middle of the window. Was wondering if a ridge vent would help to let some of the moisture out . Did new roof with ice barriers prevent moistue from escaping. any ideas thanks
