We have two zones in our forced hot water radiator oil system. One of the zones will not shut off, no matter what temperature the thermostat is set at, and even after the thermostat is removed. Pressure is building up and water came out the relief valve at the top.

Are you saying the boiler burner will not shut off? And one zone will not shut off? Zone valves or pumps for each zone?

Everything seems to work fine except the circulator for one of the zones does not shut off.

Sounds like a stuck relay
