I want to install a ceramic tile floor in my bath. Currently there are three levels of flooring. The top is vinyl tile, the middle is vinyl sheet (cushioned) and the bottom is an old tile (I'm guesing asphalt) over a concrete floor. If possible, I'd like to remove the top two layers and install the new floor over the bottom layer. Any suggestions on how to best remove this stuff? What tools are best for removal? Any other pointers? Thanks!

If you want to leave the bottom layer of asphalt tile in place , it may be tough to get the top two layers off.
I use a long handeled razor scraper that has an 8 inch blade. It works well but would be hard to use without digging in to the bottom layer. Why not just take it all up and prep the concrete floor to accept new tile.
