I have a 1938 house that has nine rooms with water damaged
Cornice moldings of diferent profiles, what should I do to repairs these, also have two bedroom ceilings, that are in a large brick pattern on the ceilings, what would be the best way to get rid of these lines, I have alot of water damage to the walls and edges of ceiling coming up to the cornice moldings, what would you say to repairs of this size, Rooms range in size from 12'x 16'x 9', 18'x 20'x14'

any help on doing these repairs would like to hear from you plaster folks,
