I have a sectional entertainment center made of particle board and laminated doors I want to paint. It had contact paper on it, which was falling off. I have removed the paper, but there is still some residue glue on it. Do I need to completely remove the glue or can I just paint over it with a sealer like Kilz. Please advise!

As long as you have sanded the surface smooth, the residual glue should not present a problem. Apply two coats of sealer/primer, sanding lightly after each coat - then apply the finish paint.
