This is new house construction. Have asked questions about cellulose and fiberglass, now have been approached with spray polyurethane foam insulation to do everywhere. Any input is appreciated. Does any of it really matter as long as you are getting high R values?

All different materials, however ask yourself what do you want to accomplish. Insulate the house cost effectively. Rank them as follows:

R value
Cost

I'm sure you'll find fiberglass fits both categories nicely.
