I want to know where to place an electrie vent fan in the bathroom.I have a standard bath tub and enclosure and the rest of the room has a vaulted ceiling,on one side I have a sky light.Should I take out the light over the tub and install a exhaust vent&light,or place the exhaust vent&light on the vaulted ceiling opposite the sky light

Determine how you can run the vent, THEN decide where to place it. Over the tub would be fine, but are you sure you can get it vented to the outside from there?
