I dug up my Daliahs in the fall and stored them in my basement. Upon checking them, I found that they have started to sprout new growth. I'm sure it's because it is not cold enough where they are. Will I be able to plant them in the spring or should I discard them? Last year I stored them in a cooler spot that was no longer available and and did not have this problem.
