I am living in a newly constucted house right now, sub-floor only. We ( my husband and I ) are planning on ceramic tile throughout most of the first floor. We do not have any finish woodwork on yet and wonder if it is best to have the doorcasings and baseboards on before we tile, or is it easier/better to tile first and do the trim after. pro/cons?
thanks.~ tmp ~

If you know what type of underlayment and tile you are going to install just space the doors so there's room under the jambs and trim for the tile.
