I have three dogs but one is a carpet chewer.
The wall to wall carpet is new but must not have been secured where it meets the tile and that is where they pulled it up. Some pieces are missing. I am put down a rail to make no seam where the tile and carpet meet. But it won't adhere well enough. Help.
