I would like to retile the walls above my tub - it is used primarily as a shower. Has anyone ever tiled over the existing tile? I am looking for an easy way to change the appearance of my bathroom.

I don't recommend tiling over the tile surround because of the final appearance. I would suggest you remove the old tiles and start from scratch. This will give you the opportunity to check behind the tiles for possible water damage, etc.
