I have stained my laminate countertop with a bleach solution. Is there an inexpensive way to recolor the top? Someone suggested leather dye, but I haven't tried that yet.

You'd be better off replacing the top. We'll need more details, and a posting in the Kitchen Forum. Once the laminate is bleached out, it can be painted, but paint will never have high durability. Ewven epoxy.
