I LIVE IN A ONE AND A HALF STORY HOUSE AND I AM LOSING ALOT OF HEAT OUT OF MY ROOF WHICH CAUSES ICE BUILDUP ON MY EAVES. HOW DO I CORRECT THIS PROBLEM? I HAVE INSULATED THE HOUSE AS MUCH AS I KNOW HOW. WOULD A VAPOR BARRIER HELP? HOW AND WHERE SHOULD I PLACE IT? PLEASE HELP.
