I am deciding on refinishing my hardware floors, and adding the dining room which is currently carpet, Some of the contractors that are provided me bids, recommended that I use something called 'Glitzowater' base instead of the conventional polyurethane, any direction ? PLease help.Buddy

I've never heard of Glitzowater, but could this possibly be Glitza, a Swedish moisture-cured finish?
Glitza is better than regular polyurethane, but it is extremely nasty. You'll have to move out of your house for a few days. The EPA is surely going to ban this stuff soon.

Johns right, Glitza it nasty but it looks soooo good. It gives a look kind of like a hand rubbed laquer paint job on a custom rod, like you can see down into the wood. I'd use someone with alot of experience with it as it takes more of a "touch" to get it on smoothly.

The quotes describe it as Glitzo Water Base (3) Coats
What specific questions do I need to ask in order to clarify the issue ? How many years experience working with it ? Swedish ? Buddy

Buddy, yea, just give an on the spot job interview. Some pictures of their previous work is a plus, if they have any.
