I have a bryant 383kav furnace that will not heat.
The LED is not on but the blower is running on high putting out cold air. L1 and L2 have 115 vac and sec-1 and sec-2 have 24 vac. Can you tell me why the heat is not coming on?

Joe, kill power to it for 1 minute... let it reset and then try again
