I have a older amana heater air conditioner model # epcgz408-1d. The problem I'm having is that it won't light it is supposed to be a pilot less ignition I need to find information on trouble shooting this unit I would like to find a repair manule for this unit

Somewhere,on the inside of a panel,there should be a wiring diagram.It should give you sequence of operation.Go thru Yellow Pages for an Amana dealer.If they have a repair manual and copy machine you might have enough info.Is it spark ignition,glow plug or surface ignitor?PDF
