My present concrete porch floor has numerous cracks, some 1" wide. I need to know procedure for repair. Can I pour a top coat on top of existing? If so, what is minimum thickness, and how do I prep the cracks so they don't come thru? Or should I just tear out all, and start new?
As you can see, this is a "hard" question!!
