I need advice on repainting a garage floor must I strip the old paint or do I just seal also suggestions on the products to be used Thanks PS I live in florida

Without seeing the existing floor, I would scrape off any loose paint, clean well with an industrial de-greaser, sand with 150 grit sandpaper to ruff the surface of the existing paint, remove all dust with a shop-vac, re-coat with a quality polyurethane floor enamel and allow to dry thoroughly before useing.
