My bathroom had a doorway in it that was 4' x 8' and lead to a closet. It had been closed off as they put the central heat in that closet.
I tore down the paneling that was on the bathside of the wall, which still had the original trim. I found a 2X4 framework. I would like to make shelves in between the 2X4s, which is easy.
The hard part is how to coer it - I would lik to have mirrored sliding doors, but I only have an inch or so at the top overlapping the framework. How can I build that out so that the doors would have something to attach to. HELP!!

MIRRORED BIPASS DOORS ONLY NEED A COUPLE OF INCHES IN DEPTH SO JUST FUR OUT WITH ONE/BY MATERIAL AND ADD THICK CASING TRIM TO THE INCH YOU ALREADY HAVE. OR EVEN BETTER USE MIRRORED BIFOLD DOORS THAT NEED EVEN LESS DEPTH.
