I am restoring an old (102 yrs) house that has very badly damaged wood floors that need to be repaired and painted. What kind of paint should I use for the chabby chic look?

I would also like to know about this. I have a house that was built in 1927 and I have wood subfloors. I want to whitewash them or paint them so it looks distressed. Do you have any ideas?
