I had red oak flooring installed Nov of 99. Now it looks to me as each 2" strip is warping. Every 2" at the joint seems raised. Do I have a problem and if so what would cause this? I appreciate any advice, thank you.

Could be a moisture problem. If water is getting to the hardwood it will swell, cup, check, etc. Look to see if you have a plumbing problem or if the grade of your yard is channeling water under your house.
