Should I use a concrete sealer when installing wood plank flooring? I'm above grade- The flooring product I purchased is Oak Crest. I also have the non-flash adhesive. In the room I have a cream colored coating on the floor that was under the carpet pad? Is this a sealer? Should I scrape it off? Put a sealer over it and should I fill in the spots where the tack strip nails caused damage?
Thanks Todd
