I am interested in an oak or maple hardwood floor (2 1/4" x 3 3/4"). I don't know if I should select a job finished floor or a prefinished floor.
What are the pros and cons?

Can you purchase the pre-finished fooring in the color and finish that you want?

What would be the price difference between the two?

Are planning on doing it yourself? Do have the resources and time to commit?
